Website Return Label

If you purchased your order through our website and live in the UK, you can return your item to us 'free of charge'

If however your purchase was made via eBay or Amazon, you will need to pay for the return label as we are unable to provide this to eBay and Amazon customers free of charge (due to the high fees they charge).

 

How Do I Retrieve My Free UK Return Label?

You will have received a dispatch e-mail from us containing your tracking number. This e-mail also contains a link to your free return label.

All you need to do is visit this link and follow the instructions. You will be asked if you are returning a Box or a Tube (please select box). You will then have to confirm the item is less than 20KG and is smaller than the dimensions shown (regardless of the dimensions you can accept anyway). Finally you will be asked for your order or invoice number, a reason for the return, your name and address details and your e-mail address (your e-mail is used to send a copy of the label and a QR code in-case you do not have a printer - see below).

Once this has all been filled in and you have selected 'Make your label' - you will be able to download and print a tracked return label.

 

What Happens If I Don't Have A Printer

Royal Mail will do the printing for you, simply download the email you have received onto your mobile and take it along to your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point (to check if your local office has this label facility click here http://www.royalmail.com/delivery-and-collection-office-finder and look under facilities for ‘Label printing service is available’). Royal Mail will scan the QR barcode at the bottom of the e-mail and print the label for you. Then just leave the item with them. Please note this label print facility is not available at Post Office branches.


As soon as your order arrives back with us your account will be refunded in full. Please include a copy of your invoice or a short note with your name and order number with the parcel so we can easily identify your order when the shoes arrive back with us, without this information we will be unable to identify your account, and unable to process your refund.

Unfortunately all returns are automatically refunded when scanned back into our warehouse, we are therefore unable to offer any exchange. I fully appreciate the inconvenience this causes, but unfortunately where we have expanded onto third party platforms such as Amazon - they enforce an automated refund system which we have adopted across the board to minimise confusion and mistakes.
