Christmas Information

We use a tracked service for all UK orders. Our standard delivery is FREE for any orders within the UK and generally takes 2-3 business days from despatch. Items are despatched within 1 working day. We are happy to deliver to your work or home address, simply specify at checkout.

We offer a Royal Mail Tracked 1-2 business day delivery for £2.49, this is quicker than the free delivery service. Items are despatched within 1 working day. Please note - this is not a guaranteed service and arrives in an estimated 1-2 working days from despatch.

We also offer a Next Working Day service for £5.99 on all items (excluding online exclusives) for delivery within the UK. Orders must be placed before 3pm. Next Working Day orders are delivered (Mon - Fri up to 8pm). If you place your order before 3pm on the Friday, they will be delivered on the following Monday, any orders placed after 3pm on the Friday or over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.

PLEASE NOTE: Bank Holidays and Weekends are not treated as working days.

  • refuse a delivery
  • request a return to sender
  • or if your parcel exceeds the retention period at the Post Office
  • a £4.49 fee (our return label cost) will be deducted from your refund to cover the charges Royal Mail imposes on us for returned items.


DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

We regret we are unable to ship to certain countries. The checkout will show no postage options if the selected country is unavailable.

We regret that we are unable to ship any orders to BFPO or PO BOX addresses.


The below exceptions apply to all online exclusive products. Online Exclusive products display the below badge on the product and search pages.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

 

UK Destinations:

Delivery to UK addresses usually 2-3 business days. However Royal Mail state to allow up to 15 business days. Delivery times may take longer if your delivery address is in a remote area of the UK.

 

International Destinations:

We use DHL express for most international deliveries. This is a tracked and signed for service and is normally with the customer in under 7 working days from placing the order. Sometimes as quick as 2-3 working days.

All carriers do allow up to 28 working days to deliver internationally but this is only to cover such things as extreme weather/strikes etc. and in 99.9% of the cases the items are delivered in the above timescales.

Customers are reminded that they are responsible for all import duties/taxes.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?

We ship all our items using a tracked service which is very secure and reliable.

In the rare event your parcel is not received but the tracking details confirm that the parcel has been delivered at the address on the order and you state you have not received the item. We have no option but to open a claim with the courier, this will take up to 60 working days for the courier to settle the claim one way or the other. They will not allow us to chase the claim until this period has passed.

We regret we cannot refund / replace orders in the event that the tracking shows that the goods have been delivered at the correct address until the courier accepts our claim to the contrary.

If your parcel is not received and the tracking details do not confirm that the item has been delivered correctly or at all, we will refund your order if the tracking does not confirm delivery after 14 business days from the estimated original delivery date (Royal Mail strike days are not classed as business days).

If your item does not arrive, you will need to notify us within 28 days of the order date, our couriers will not investigate non delivery claims once this time period has passed and therefore we would be unable to offer any further assistance in this instance. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
