International Returns


Returns Policy

If you wish to return your purchase, it must be returned in saleable condition (i.e. new and unworn and in their original box). Please refrain from defacing the box (i.e. do not attach sellotape, return labels or any other adhesive to the shoe box) as this will prevent us from reselling the item and may incur a penalty to your refund.

The return MUST contain your original packing slip and be returned within 30 business days of it being delivered. On receipt your account will be automatically refunded and a notification e-mail will be sent to inform you of when this has been done.

Please note we do not offer a free returns service and you will need to arrange and pay for the returns method of your choice for correctly supplied, unwanted items. Please also note if you require an alternative product you will need to place a new order as your original order will be refunded upon return. i.e. we do not operate an exchange service.

Option 1

You can return your order using your own means to the address below. Once the order is received back we will refund you in full. We highly recommend using a tracked service to minimise any risk of the item becoming lost.

Please ensure all returns are clearly marked as 'Return To Origin'. If a returned item is NOT marked as 'Return To Origin' - we will refuse to pay the custom fees and the item will be returned to you.

Option 2

We may be able to arrange a DHL collection for you for £12.50 which may be cheaper than posting the item back by other means. However this service is not available for all locations. If would like me to check if we can arrange a collection for you, please contact us with the following details:

1. Your choosen collection address (this can be a home or work address - but someone will need to be available to hand the parcel over to DHL).

2. The PayPal e-mail address for the £12.50 to be invoiced to. (this will also be the same e-mail address DHL will use to send you your labels). Unfortunately if you do not have access to a PayPal account we are unable to provide this service.

3. Your contact telephone number to help DHL contact you should any problems arise.

If this service is available to you we will invoice you through paypal for the £12.50. Once this has been paid we can arrange the collection for you.
