The Motion sole unit has been developed to synthesise active walking and standing in deep sand, the curved sole forces the body to balance and activate muscles in your back and feet.

The Motion sole looks similar to the original MBT sole however unlike the MBT which was marketed as a medical exercise shoe the Joya shoes are marketed for comfort – the soft sole which runs from heel to toe gives great comfort and helps to activate muscles.

Joya embraces the philosophy of natural movement which also means unlike an MBT shoe you do not any extra ‘gait training’.
