Shoe Care by NikWax, Sandal Wash. A sandal footbed comes in direct contact with our bare feet, over time, on hot days over a short period of time this causes dirt and body oils to build up on the footbed which causes bacteria growth and over time can cause the footbed materials to decompose, especially in natural materials such as cork. Nikwax have formulated Sandal Wash, a cleaner and deodoriser which has been designed to clean all non waterproof footwear, not just sandals and especially any area of shoes that sits next to the skin.
Please read instructions on the NikWax Sandal Wash carefully and as with all treatments and cleaners ensure to test on a hidden area first.

This is a tracked and signed for service and is normally with the customer in under 7 working days from placing the order. Sometimes as quick as 2-3.
All carriers do allow up to 28 working days to deliver internationally but this is only to cover such things as extreme weather/strikes etc. and in 99.9% of the cases the items are delivered in the above timescales.

All we ask is that the shoes are returned in an unworn, as new condition (i.e. as they were sent out) with your packing slip or a note containing your name and order number so we can locate your order.
