How is this affecting deliveries?

Due to ongoing Royal Mail strikes, there could be delays to deliveries which will vary depending on when you place your order. Items posted the day before, during, or on the immediate days after any strike action will be subject to delays.

We have increased the advised delivery time frame during strike periods for UK shipping services to reflect potential delays.

Tracked 48 - Free - Timeframe changed from 2-3 business days, to 5-7 business days

Tracked 24 - £2.49 - Timeframe changed from 1-2 business days, to 3-4 business days

Unfortunately these delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes are beyond our control so all we can advise you to do is to order early when you can.

Next Day orders - Really sorry, due to significant delivery delays with Royal Mail, we have suspended this service

Why does my tracking number not show any updates?

Due to Royal Mail striking and the delays this causes with all Royal Mail parcels, the tracking for your item may not update until the item arrives at the delivery office (completely bypassing the normal scan at the mail center). This is nothing to worry about, and is simply one of the measures Royal Mail have introduced to try and speed up the handling of the backlogged mail. Please rest assured your tracking will eventually update as soon as Royal Mail process it.
